BYLAW AND ADR PROCESS DESIGN

Camberwell House Solutions can work with your Board and Owners to craft and refine your ADR process.  It will:

  • Work with your Board and Owners to create and implement an ADR process, including the drafting, approval and implementation of an ADR by-law.
  • Ensure that the ADR by-law is tailored to your condo's specific needs through effective bylaw and ADR process design.
  • Ensure that the ADR plan has maximum Owner buy-in.
  • Provide ADR clauses and contracts for third party suppliers, other people, and situations not covered by mandatory ADR.  Your condominium will thus be able to use the high effectiveness and low cost of ADR to avoid expensive involvement with the court system on matters not governed by Section 132 of the Act.
  • Help you with the designation/selection of a mediator.
  • Help you with the designation/selection of an arbitrator.
  • If chosen, handle the mediation or arbitration.
